Refund Policy

1. Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Stride for Knowledge is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, health emergencies, or any other situation beyond the organizers’ control, the event may be rescheduled to a later date. All registered participants will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event. If rescheduling is not possible, alternative options may be provided at the discretion of the organizers. No refunds will be issued in case of event cancellation.

2. Participant Cancellations: Once a participant has registered for the event, their entry is considered final. No cancellations, refunds, or deferrals will be entertained under any circumstances, including personal reasons, injuries, or scheduling conflicts. Participants unable to attend may explore the Transfer of Registration option as outlined below.

3. Transfer of Registration: Registered participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another eligible individual before the official transfer deadline. The new participant must meet all eligibility criteria and accept the event terms and conditions. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers, along with any applicable transfer fees. No transfers will be allowed after the specified deadline.

4. No Refunds: All registration fees are non-refundable. This policy applies to event cancellations, participant withdrawals, no-shows, and any other circumstances. Registration fees contribute directly to event planning, logistics, and the charitable cause supported by Stride for Knowledge. By registering, participants acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5. Changes to Policy: The event organizers reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these policies at any time to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Any changes will be communicated via the official event website and email notifications. Participants are encouraged to review the policies periodically to stay informed about any updates.
